By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Simple as that.
The tools are free
You don't pay to use these tools. We don't charge subscriptions. No hidden fees. No premium tiers. But that means:
- No warranties - Tools might break, have bugs, or produce inaccurate results
- As-is - You get what we built, no guarantees of fitness for any purpose
- No liability - We're not responsible if a tool gives you bad data or causes problems
These tools are utilities, not professional advice. Always verify important calculations independently.
Your conduct
Use the site responsibly. Don't:
- Spam forms or automate abuse
- Scrape or extract data en masse
- Attempt to break security or bypass protections
- Use tools for illegal purposes
- Distribute malware or harm others
We reserve the right to ban abusers. Very hard work™ doesn't mean dealing with nonsense.
Content you submit
You own what you send. Contact form messages? Yours. We display what you sent (that's the point), but you retain ownership. We don't repurpose your content without permission.
Our intellectual property
We built this stuff. It's ours:

- Site design and branding - "Very hard work™" is ours
- Articles and blog posts - Our content, licensed under CC-BY-4.0 (share freely, attribute us)
You can link to us. You can quote us with attribution. You can't rip off our design and claim it's yours.
Disclaimers
Tools may have bugs. Calculations might be wrong in edge cases. Features might change. We try to make things work well, but:
- Financial calculators aren't professional financial advice
- Technical tools output what you input - garbage in, garbage out
- We don't guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
For important decisions, verify with multiple sources. This is a set of helpful utilities, not a replacement for professional services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- We're not liable for damages from tool use, errors, or unavailability
- We're not liable for decisions you make based on tool outputs
- We're not liable for third-party actions or content
Use tools at your own risk. We built them to help, not to replace professional judgment.
Termination
We can ban you - If you abuse the site, violate terms, or cause problems, we can revoke access. No refunds (it's free anyway).
You can leave - Stop using the site anytime. No cancellation needed.
Changes to terms
We might update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes? We'll note the update date at the bottom of the page.
Governing law and disputes
We're practical people. If you have issues:
